Our Holistic Wellness Program is conducted for small groups, usually from 5 to 7 members, because they are very experiential and individuals can take advantage of the personal attention.

Some of the features of the Holistic Wellness Program are:

Food Lifestyles: It’s essential to get a complete picture of what to eat and what’s best for the body type. Therefore, food lifestyle pertaining to diet and exercise is customized and is prescribed depending on one’s health requirement. Certainly, appropriate nutrition puts you on the path of wellness. Eat right and live bright.

Cooking Classes: Be it children or parents or working adults, a comprehensive knowledge on cooking completes the idea of wellness. Cooking is a life skill which gives one the confidence of independent living; cooking is not just important but also therapeutic.

Alternate Medicines: At Ananda, we encourage alternate medicines like Ayurveda and Homeopathy. We are consulted by an allopathy doctor, who is also a specialist in Ayurveda and Homeopathy, therefore giving us the best out of all the disciplines without chemically harming the body.
